As a personal client advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them competently through our range of services, supporting sales processes, and handling diverse commercial and organizational tasks. No previous work experience? That is no problem at all. We invest in your future and prepare you thoroughly for your new role with extensive onboarding and training.

Your key responsibilities

- Acting as the primary and trusted contact person for our clients
- Guiding clients competently through our services and supporting active sales processes
- Handling diverse administrative, organizational, and commercial tasks
- Ensuring reliable communication and delivering exceptional client satisfaction

What you bring to the team

- Native German language skills and very good proficiency in Spanish




- Passion for working with people and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
- Organizational talent, a strong sense of responsibility, and independent initiative
- Motivation to continuously learn and develop both personally and professionally
- Openness to career starters or career changers ready for structured training
