In this role, you will take care of daily operations across the bar, dining, and service areas.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Serving food and beverages to guests with attentive customer care.
- Setting and preparing tables for visitors.
- Keeping the cafeteria area, bar counter, and storage spaces clean and organized.
- Ensuring a pleasant, hygienic, and welcoming environment throughout your shift.

To succeed in this position, you should bring relevant hospitality experience along with strong communication skills. The key requirements are:

- At least 6 months of previous experience in bars, cafeterias, burger restaurants, kitchens, or general table service.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
- Intermediate level of English to interact comfortably with international guests.
- A proactive mindset, reliability, and strong attention to cleanliness and service standards.

What this position offers you:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private sector.
- An annual gross salary of 24,500 EUR, according to the local hospitality collective agreement (Convenio Hostelería).
- Fixed afternoon working schedule from 14:30 to 22:30.
- Scheduled start date on September 1st.
- Workplace based directly in Palma, Mallorca.
