Mission

You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Legal Operations initiatives, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, standardization, and the strategic impact of the function across Ferrer’s global organization.

You will work closely with business and corporate teams to provide legal advice, support contract management, coordinate legal projects, and optimize legal processes through digital transformation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring alignment with Ferrer’s strategy, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Legal Operations function, driving efficiency, innovation, standardization, and operational excellence across the Group's legal services in alignment with the Legal Department's strategy.
- Design, implement, and optimize legal processes, operating models, corporate policies, and Contract Management practices, including contract lifecycle management, legal knowledge assets, and continuous process improvement.
- Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance, support data-driven decision-making, and identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and quality of legal services.
- Manage relationships with external legal providers, ensuring efficient resource allocation, high-quality service delivery, and cost optimization.
- Provide legal advice across the assigned areas of the Company's business activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements involving the Company.
- Build and sustain strong, collaborative and trustful relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed

- Bachelor's Degree in Law. A Master's degree or specialization in Legal Operations will be considered a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal department or law firm, with proven exposure to legal operations, contract management, process improvement. Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is valued.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes, contract lifecycle management, and legal technologies, with experience driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience defining and monitoring KPIs and translating insights into process improvements.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
