2D-Page and signaling expert (Postdoctoral position)
The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. The CRG is composed by an interdisciplinary, motivated and creative scientific team which is supported both by a flexible and efficient administration and by high-end and innovative technologies.
A research associate position is available in the lab of Fátima Gebauer to perform research on post‑translational modification of RNA‑binding proteins involved in melanoma progression.
Appropriate candidates should have expertise on 2D‑PAGE and analysis of protein phosphorylation. Candidates must hold a PhD degree and be fairly independent.
About the lab
Fátima Gebauer group is in the Genome Biology Programme of the CRG. She leads a team of motivated researchers working on RNA regulation and translational control in human cancer. For more information about the group, please visit .

- You have proven experience with RNA‑binding proteins, and RNA and protein manipulation
- You know how to manipulate cells in culture

- You hold a PhD degree in Molecular Biology or related
