We're looking for more than a Customer Support professional.
We are looking for someone with real-world experience in Spanish accounting and taxation who understands the day-to-day challenges faced by accountants, accounting firms, professional practices, and businesses.
You may currently work in an asesoría, gestoría, accounting firm, tax consultancy, or finance/accounting department, and you're interested in using your expertise in a more customer-focused and technology-driven environment.

Your Role
As an Accounting & Tax Support Specialist – Spain, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers using our tax and accounting software.
Your practical experience in Spanish accounting, taxation, and administrative processes will enable you to understand customer challenges and provide accurate, practical, and high-quality guidance.
You don't need to come from a traditional Customer Support background. Your accounting and tax expertise is the foundation of this role.
In this role, you will:
- Provide functional support and resolve customer inquiries related to our accounting and tax software.
- Assist accounting firms, professional practices, and businesses with accounting, tax, and administrative processes.
- Guide customers through accounting entries, tax-related workflows, and regulatory requirements within the platform.
- Support customers using billing, invoicing, collections, and other relevant accounting features.
- Translate complex accounting or tax questions into clear and practical guidance.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and communicate product improvement opportunities.
- Educate users on best practices to maximize adoption and effective use of our solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering,
and other internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.
About you
This role is adecuado for someone with a professional background in accounting and taxation in Spain who is interested in applying that expertise in a customer-facing environment.
You understand the day-to-day reality of accounting professionals: managing accounting processes, working with tax obligations, interpreting regulations, and using accounting software.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic training in Administration & Finance (FP), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.
- Hands-on professional experience managing accounting and tax matters in Spain.
- Experience working in an asesoría, gestoría, accounting firm, tax consultancy, professional practice, or an internal finance/accounting department.
- A solid practical understanding of Spanish accounting principles, tax obligations, and administrative procedures.
- Experience with areas such as bookkeeping, accounting entries, VAT, invoicing, tax filings, financial documentation, or other accounting and tax-related processes.
- Practical experience using accounting and/or tax software as part of your day-to-day work.
- The ability to understand accounting or tax-related questions and explain complex topics clearly and practically.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Professional English level.
- A strong customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping others.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
