Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary: €28,000 gross per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of a busy hospitality venue in Paguera, Mallorca. This role is adecuado for someone with strong team leadership skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality

- Support and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring proper training and performance

- Help manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost controls

- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and handling feedback professionally

- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed





- Promote a positive working environment and assist in team development

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations

Requirements:

- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in F&B; or hospitality

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

- German is a plus

- Proactive, reliable, and focused on customer service

- Valid work authorization for Spain or the EU
