Utopia designs and builds its properties in-house. Our team works across the full journey: from concept and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape, guest experience, and long-term operation. For architects and designers, this means working on properties from the ground up, with the ability to influence how each place is planned, built, and experienced. For hospitality professionals, it means joining a brand where service is personal, attentive, and built around each guest’s stay.

About the role

Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the household to the highest standard — overseeing schedules, coordinating household staff, and ensuring every detail is in perfect order.
- Deliver a discreet, anticipatory, and highly personalised service to the principal and their guests — table service, wardrobe management, formal entertaining, and all personal needs.
- Coordinate and manage private events, dinners, and special occasions — liaising with external vendors, service providers, and the culinary team to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage household inventory, silver, fine tableware, wine cellar, and luxury assets — ensuring everything is maintained, replenished, and presented to the highest standard.
