We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities:
Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
- Carry out secretarial tasks for the Dean’s Office (scheduling meetings, managing the calendar, booking spaces, etc.)
- Assist with general program operations related to academic courses
- Assist with the promotion and management of extracurricular events and activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations of events (space booking, maintenance, security, etc.)
- Support with extracurricular activities of the School, including attendance to events or activities both inside and outside the camp
