- Be the go-to administrative and organisational support for our F&B; managers, staying one step ahead of what they need and helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.
- Keep information flowing between F&B; and the wider hotel teams, following up on requests,actionsand admin topics to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep F&B; documentation, dashboards and reporting up to date, and support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and their actions.
