In this role, you will guide and mentor young people through tailored employment and educational pathways, making a tangible impact on the local community.

Responsibilities
- Conducting welcoming sessions and initial intake interviews with young participants.
- Performing detailed diagnostic evaluations of personal, educational, and vocational profiles.
- Providing continuous personalized guidance, coaching, and support throughout their career and training development.
- Designing actionable roadmaps to help individuals achieve their professional and personal goals.
- Collaborating with community and sociocultural resources to foster sustainable employment opportunities.

Qualifications and profile requirements




- A completed university degree in social sciences (such as Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related disciplines).
- Advanced proficiency in Catalan (catalán alto), essential for daily counseling and documentation.
- Strong digital competencies and confidence working with modern digital tools and management systems.
- Empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine commitment to youth development and social inclusion.

What we offer
- A permanent contract (contrato fijo).
- A gross monthly salary of 2,128.46 EUR.
- A schedule from Monday to Friday, comprising 5 mornings and 2 afternoons (specific hours to be agreed upon).
