We connect our users with primary, mental health and expert care.The Administration EMO will provide administrative and operational support to the Expert Medical Opinion (EMO) team, ensuring the correct reception, coordination and follow-up of cases. The role will act as a key link between Case Managers, Experts, insurance companies, patients and internal teams, while also supporting data management, expert coordination, billing and payment processes.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage incoming requests (calls, emails, apps/portal etc.) requesting Teladoc Services and create, assign and follow up on EMO cases.Collect and verify the required patient information and service eligibility.Support in the coordination of communications between Case Managers, Medical Experts, physicians, insurance companies, and if necessary,



customers to gather information.Liaise with Medical Experts to support case resolution and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payment-related matters.Support communication between patients, physicians and other stakeholders.Assist with incidents and contact customers when additional information is required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information in the relevant systems.Review quality feedback and escalate cases when necessary.Follow internal procedures, client requirements and Teladoc Health policies and standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience in administration, operations or coordination, preferably in healthcare.Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.Dynamism & adaptability · Problem-solving ·
