- Hirevoice is building an AI conversational interviewing agent for enterprise hiring. Our product reads the job and the CV, runs a real adaptive interview with the candidate, and gives recruiters a scored, fully traceable report.
- We are backed by top-tier investors, already running thousands of interviews for enterprise clients, and our goal for the next 12 months is clear: reach €1M ARR.
- To get there, we need our first dedicated GTM hire.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a large team, big budgets, or an established playbook. It is for a 0→1 builder: someone who can shape positioning, create trust, generate qualified demand, and work directly with founders on real enterprise opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will help make Hirevoice the company enterprise buyers trust when they think about AI interviewing. That means:




- Sharpening our positioning, narrative, and point of view.
- Turning product quality, customer work, data, and feedback into proof: case studies, benchmarks, customer stories, decks, one-pagers, comparisons, and commercial assets.
- Creating content and campaigns that earn attention from the right audience: LinkedIn, founder-led content, webinars, PR, events, customer stories, landing pages, and more.
- Generating qualified commercial conversations and helping move enterprise deals forward.
- Working directly with founders on target accounts, sales conversations, pipeline, and follow-up.
- Building the first marketing rhythm, tools, metrics, and operating model - using Attio and AI-native tools, all kept simple and tied to ARR. We believe AI belongs in marketing as much as in product development, and we cover the AI subscriptions you need.

Sales is founder-led today and will remain close to the founders during your firs
