- Define and own Ailin’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive product solutions for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to bring impactful products to life.
- Introduce and scale Agile product practices across a growing tech and product team.
- Advocate for technical excellence, ensuring we build reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
