Movesmethod seeks an executive assistant to support two founders with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordinating. You will act as the right hand, anticipating needs, drafting communications, and removing friction from both professional and personal commitments.
The role is full-time and remote, based in Europe, and engagements are as an independent contractor. You will work across time zones, travel for shoots and events, and help keep the founders’ days organized and productive.
