Activities:

defines business requirements, conducts gap analysis to identify

opportunities for process improvement, creates functional specifications, data analysis

and data modelling.

Specific expertise requirements:

specific diagramming, modelling and wireframing

tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Oracle

NetSuite), specific business domains.

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT:

At least 3 years of
studies attested bya diploma, and aminimum of 9years post-secondaryprofessional
experience.

Min. Professional Experience in Profile:

6 years.

At least one of thefollowing certifications:

Languages:

The services will be provided in English. Consultants will have at least a B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
