Swans is seeking a Head of Talent to build the recruiting function from the ground up as we scale beyond 30 by 2027. You will own end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to offer, and design processes and tooling to support rapid growth.
You will manage outbound and inbound recruitment, run interviews, and work directly with the founders to shape our hiring strategy in a fully remote environment with quarterly in-person meetups.
