We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a 47m single season yacht. The position is 2:2 rotation.
The yacht operates to a high standard with voluntary commercial compliance. We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Officer who leads by example, is able to support different departments and is a strong team player. At this stage, the role is primarily deck and maintenance focused during the off season, with bridge and administrative duties considered secondary. During guest trips, the successful candidate will be expected to be present and active on deck, supporting operations and ensuring high service standards.
The vessel maintains a positive onboard culture with a solid, supportive team.
The idóneo candidate will be highly organised, as the program involves frequent movements and complex logistics during owner use. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
