Are you looking for an agricultural production job in Mallorca? An established mushroom cultivation and marketing company in Llucmajor is seeking four dedicated workers to join its greenhouse operations. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will support the entire cycle of mushroom growing and packaging on-site in the southern region of the island.

Your core responsibilities include:
- Caring for mushroom and champignon crops inside dedicated production greenhouses.
- Manually harvesting mushrooms with care and precision to maintain product integrity.
- Sorting, classifying, and packaging the harvested mushrooms while meeting strict quality standards.
- Preparing growth substrates and handling essential crop materials.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting cultivation rooms to ensure optimal hygiene.
- Transporting and moving goods within the facility.

To be considered for this position,



you should meet the following requirements:
- At least 6 months of verifiable experience in agricultural production, harvesting, or mushroom cultivation.
- Proficiency in Spanish to ensure smooth communication in the workspace.
- No formal educational qualifications are required; practical experience and reliability are the primary focus.

The position offers a permanent contract with an annual gross salary of 17,094 euros paid across 12 monthly payments with prorated bonuses included. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 14:30, Saturdays from 7:00 to 9:30, and Sundays from 7:00 to 11:00. Sunday hours are compensated as holiday hours, and you will alternate having either Saturday or Monday off.
