The Role
At Pro Expo, we don't just build stands - we architect the stage where global brands (Bayer, Midea and more) shine. We're looking for a creative content lead - part storyteller, part social-native creative, part AI-design enthusiast - to become the internal voice of our brand and make our physical excellence impossible to ignore online.
You'll be the brand's visual and verbal guardian: every LinkedIn post, case study and sales deck should look and sound world-class. You'll report directly to our Managing Partner and work hand-in-hand with our Sales Director - direct access to leadership, no agency bureaucracy, real ownership of your work.
- Brand voice & storytelling. Define and protect how Pro Expo sounds. Turn our projects into stories, not square metres - copy with wit, maturity and confidence.
- Social & content. Own the LinkedIn and Instagram editorial calendar, aligned with project wins and sales milestones.



Create scroll-stopping content - posts, carousels, Reels.
- Creative direction of assets. Brief and quality-control photographers and videographers at international events to the "Pro Expo standard." Hands-on production and heavy editing are supported by our design team and specialists - your job is the idea and the quality bar, not doing every edit alone.
- Digital showroom. Help shape and keep our new website alive as a sales tool - projects, testimonials, blog.
- Sales & brand collateral. Bring a world-class creative touch to key presentations and premium collateral. Use Gen-AI (Midjourney, Firefly) to elevate visuals and moodboards.
- Signature projects. Lead international design-award submissions and a memorable top-client gifting programme - pure creativity that positions us as leaders.

The Adecuado Profile
- 4-6 years in a creative or advertising agency.
- Native or near-native English, with brilliant copywriting
