What you’ll do
- Support client onboarding and platform setup, including organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, and platform configurations.




- Maintain and update client information, review migrations, platform configurations, and data records.
- Coordinate SMS communications with clients and monitor related performance metrics.
- Create and manage client‑facing materials such as business cards, posters, QR codes, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Prepare, maintain, and improve onboarding and training documentation to support client adoption.
- Generate and maintain client performance reports, KPI tracking, and feature adoption metrics.
- Review and validate deliverables, including monthly client reports, before publication.
- Process client requests and operational orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct data quality audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the platform.
