Key tasks
- Carrying out continuous surveillance services and patrols across the assigned facilities in Palma and surrounding areas.
- Monitoring access points, preventing unauthorized entry, and maintaining strict safety standards on site.
- Observing facility conditions, inspecting key security checkpoints, and promptly addressing any security anomalies.
- Assisting with control center operations, surveillance equipment monitoring, and alarm handling where applicable.
- Documenting incidents and communicating clearly with relevant teams and supervisors during your assigned shifts.





Profile and requirements
- An active and valid Professional Identity Card (TIP - Tarjeta de Identidad Competente en vigor), which is strictly mandatory.
- Prior hands-on experience in security control centers (centros de control) is considered a valuable asset for this position.
- A strong sense of duty, reliability, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt your working hours and availability according to the specific service schedule.
- Residency in or around Palma, or reliable mobility to travel to work locations across Palma and surrounding areas.
