Amentum is seeking a UICAP Work Coordinator to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. TheUICAP Work Coordinatoris responsible for ensuring that utility preventive maintenance (PM) and service work are properly managed within Maximo™ to facilitate optimized work performance and accountability in Utilities operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring that utility PM and service work is inducted into Maximo™ with work orders (WOs) containing related assets for proper tracking.
- Ensuring timely completion of PMs and coordinating with the workforce to analyze Missed PM reports,



identifying and addressing root causes for delays or non-completions.
- Reviewing Maximo™ work metrics for delays or inconsistencies, reporting findings to the UICAP Coordinator.
- Developing and sustaining the NAVFAC Standard PM Program for all Utilities infrastructure at the PWD.
- Ensuring the PM program is current, accurate, and fully compliant with corporate standards by evaluating, editing, and deactivating PM records and associated Job Plan data as inventory and standards evolve.
- Coordinating and directing personnel at the PWD involved in PM planning, scheduling, and work management.
- Reviewing Job Plans, Routes, and the nomination of critical assets, in consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), during the establishment of PMs.
