Tasks
Translate our mycelium-based production from pilot-scale to industrial-grade manufacturing. Your primary responsibility is to design, validate, and implement scalable production processes, ensuring that our Solid-State Fermentation (SSF), upstream and downstream processing (DSP) can operate reliably at commercial scale.
You will work hands-on with our pilot plant team, upgrade current processes to industrial, and build the technical backbone required for scaling—whether executed internally or via selected external partners. External manufacturing and supply chain design are part of your scope, but always derived from a deep understanding of process requirements, equipment constraints, and
