A private company operating in the transport sector is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and look after the facilities at the Palma Intermodal Station (Estación Intermodal de Palma). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that one of the island's most central transport hubs operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on the technical upkeep and operational maintenance of the building and its installations. You will carry out routine inspections, diagnose issues, and handle necessary repairs across the station premises. By keeping public and technical areas in optimal condition, you help provide a safe and welcoming environment for thousands of passengers and staff passing through Palma daily.
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following requirements:




- A completed vocational training qualification (Formación Cualificado) or an official certificate of professionalism related to building or facility maintenance.
- At least 12 months of verifiable professional experience in a similar maintenance role.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently on-site in Palma.

What this position offers:
- A gross annual salary of 21,000 EUR.
- A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- A temporary employment contract with the genuine possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
