As aLegal Specialistand Compliance Officerat Arkadia, you will play a key role in ensuring the companyoperateswithin the legal and regulatory framework while supporting international growth and commercial activities.

You willbe responsible foroverseeing the legal and compliance aspects of Arkadia’s operations across the following areas:

Commercial contracts and agreements, leading the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts with private clients, institutional partners, and government agencies (e.g., ESA,Spanish Space Agency), including NDAs, service agreements, R&D; contracts, and insurance documentation.
