About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil operates as a small, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding business artifacts. We do not produce slide decks or participate in standing retainers. Instead, we take apart three year plans, pricing grids, and diligence files to put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. Our process is personal and focused. Every file carries two names on the cover: one person who builds and one who argues against what was built. This ensures that every assumption is tested before a file closes. We remain small on purpose to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones.
Our work focuses on four specific rooms: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems. By staying remote and independent, we focus on the evidence at the floor of the business. We return the same artifact a client sent us, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument, backed by a telephone number that answers for ninety days.

What you would do
As a Data Quality Analyst Assistant,



you will support our core model of building and challenging business data. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity of the information that enters our workshop. This is a full time, permanent position where you will assist in the granular review of client data sets. Because we work with raw ledgers and financial documents, your day involves practical verification and auditing tasks.
Reviewing incoming data files for consistency and completeness before they are used in financial models.
Cross referencing entries in invoice ledgers against summary reports to identify discrepancies.
Cleaning and formatting data sets to ensure they are ready for the builders and challengers to analyze.
Documenting the steps taken during data validation to support our written arguments to clients.
Flagging anomalies in pricing grids or industrial network data for further internal debate.
