Job Opportunity: Head of Operations (Part-Time) | Citizenelles | Barcelona

Citizenelles Living is the leading female-centric coliving operator based in Barcelona.

We’re growing and looking for a capable, proactive Barcelona Head of Operations to join our team.

The start date: immediate

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our coliving spaces, including:

Managing check-ins and check-outs

Conducting inventory checks at move-out

Overseeing the quality of our external cleaning teams

Handling maintenance issues and resident incidents

What we’re looking for:

Based in Barcelona (this is essential) - hybrid role

Strong communicator in English and Spanish

Adaptable and reliable — able to respond to urgent issues when they arise

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Role details

Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week. Must be registered as an autónoma (Spanish freelance work status).

Monthly compensation: eur 1.300 for 20 hrs per week.
