You’ll combine MarTech engineering, workflow automation, data, and AI agent integration to improve the entire customer journey.
Starting within marketing and growth, your work will progressively influence automation initiatives across the wider organization.
You’ll design intelligent workflows, connect business systems, and integrate AI capabilities into real-world processes.
The role offers broad exposure across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:




Architect and implement AI-enhanced marketing automation workflows using platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
Integrate AI models and agents into lifecycle marketing activities, including lead capture, onboarding, messaging, campaign execution, reporting, and churn prediction.
Build and maintain intelligent workflows spanning paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels.
Prototype and deploy lightweight AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable technologies.
Design data flows, context management, and integrations that enable AI agents to work effectively with CRM, analytics, support, and campaign data.
Connect AI agents and automation workflows to internal systems through APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, custom scripts, or native integrations.
