The selected person will be responsible for the management of Alén Space's facilities and infrastructure, as well as the necessary equipment and its maintenance.Responsibilities and Duties:

- Identify and implement improvements in facility management through continuous interaction with users.
- Train users on the facilities and their equipment.
- Manage the equipment associated with each facility.
- Supervise the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Resolve issues related to facilities and coordinate with relevant suppliers.
- Gather requirements and plan new facility installations.
- Collaborate with architectural firms on the design and execution of facility projects.
- Develop and maintain facility management and maintenance plans.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in equipment and/or facility maintenance roles.
- B2 level in English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with suppliers.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Planning and resource management abilities.
- Residency in the Vigo area or southern Pontevedra.
