Were looking for German-speaking Technical Support Advisors who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems.

What youll do

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues

- Provide professional, friendly customer service

- Take ownership of cases until full resolution

- Escalate complex issues when needed

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

What were looking for

- Proficient or bilingual German (C1/C2)

- Advanced English (B2+)

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

- Strong communication and listening skills





- Solution-oriented mindset

- Comfortable working on-site

What we offer

- Full-time permanent contract (39h/week)

- Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00) – weekends free!

- Salary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus/year
