Role Description

Reservation Management and Participant Relations:
Manage participant accommodation requests.
Respond to specific requests (modifications, special requirements, reminders).




Propose suitable solutions for each customer profile based on available options.
Issue commercial proposals according to the project.

Project Follow-Up and Internal Coordination:
Manage contracts, conditions, and offers in internal tools (Manage, Mantra).
Ensure correct data integration into the system.
Coordinate with hotels to guarantee availability, rate consistency, and conditions.

Invoicing and Administrative Follow-Up:
Draft reservation contracts.
Follow up on payments and invoicing for services provided.
Transmit necessary information to the finance team and ensure traceability of communications.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring:
Follow up on participant feedback and anticipate complaints.
Manage anomalies and incidents related to reservations.
Work with partners to provide timely and effective solutions to issues encountered.

Technical Skills:
