Tasks

We are looking for a responsible, organised individual with a practical approach to work on scaling our solid-state fermentation plant.

This is a senior expert role. Previous experience of >2y in scaling solid state fermenetation processes is a must; ideally in food environments.

This is a key role within our Barcelona pilot plant, offering a high degree of operational autonomy and direct responsibility for testing and validating scaling mechanisms, experiment design and investment decisions.

Requirements
- Degrees are great, relevant experience is better. This can come in the form of an MSc. or Ph.D. +3 year experience in Mycology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or any relevant ex
