The idóneo candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and excellence in operational and financial management. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and consistently upholding the brand’s high standards.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-end restaurant concepts .
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
Previous experience in Greek dining concepts will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.
Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations, and evolving customer expectations within the premium dining segment.

Champion an elevated customer experience, proactively resolving concerns and maintaining consistent service excellence across all touchpoints.
Lead financial planning, cost management, and revenue analysis to achieve and exceed performance targets. Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth planning.
Oversee procurement, stock control, and compliance with all regulatory, hygiene, and brand operating standards.
Support the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives to grow market share and brand loyalty.
