Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies.

- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to empower clients with best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to offer relevant insights.

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Familiarity with search engine tools and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
