Key job responsibilities
The responsibilities of the ESP Commissioning Manager include owning the challenges in ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical and mechanical systems for our customers. You will think broadly and strategically in setting visions and prioritizing the commissioning program aligned with goals of the larger organization. You lead a team of commissioning engineers, with broad responsibilities to hire, build a high-performing team and lead the safety culture by example. Utilizing industrial standards and company goals, you develop and manage quality-focused initiatives, manage and analyze metrics to drive innovation and continuous improvements. You communicate and provide guidance to Finance during capital budgeting, making data-driven decisions to deliver predictable cost estimations. You create standards and build consensus with a broad spectrum of stakeholders on cross-functional teams
