Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients
- Understand business goals and recommend tailored Google Ads strategies
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering high-quality sales and customer support
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and persuasive communication
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market conditions
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business development
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
Requirements
- Italian (C2) and advanced English (C1) communication skills
- Minimum 14 months of sales experience with a proven ability to influence and close opportunities
- Experience creating digital marketing strategies across different industries and business sizes
- Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or Communications studies are a plus
- Strong results-oriented mindset and experience working in KPI-driven environments
