Key Responsibilities

- Deliver top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy management, claims processing, and any questions regarding insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to improving service delivery.




- Stay updated on the latest insurance products and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance products is advantageous.
