As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important role within the kitchen team, supporting food preparation, maintaining organized work areas, and assisting chefs and cooks throughout service.

Your responsibilities will include...
- Preparing and organizing ingredients for the production of dishes.
- Performing basic food preparation tasks following the instructions of the kitchen team.
- Assisting chefs and cooks during food preparation and service.
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized,



and properly stocked at all times.
- Supporting the receipt, storage, and preservation of food products and ingredients.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and machinery according to established procedures.
- Contributing to the efficient use of products and minimizing food waste.
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude throughout service.

What we are looking for in you...
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Genuine interest in cooking, hospitality, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
