Woolsocks is looking for a Dutch- and/or German-speaking, Barcelona-based Customer Support Specialist to join our fintech team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across email and social channels, delivering an excellent support experience.
You will manage tickets, escalate when needed, and work with internal teams to improve products and support processes across markets. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential for success.
