This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist for the Greek Market // Polish Market, for a leading integral supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
