RESPONSIBILITIES
Join us as a Full Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices, via calls, chats and e-mails! (no sales involved!)

WHAT WE OFFER

·Permanent contract.
·Monday to Friday job position!
·Full time, with working time from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM (split shift).
·Annual gross salary (39h/week): €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).
·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre,



scheduled to begin on 31th August. Official start of the role: immediate, after the training.

REQUIREMENTS
·Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number.
·Currently living in Barcelona.
·Immediate availability to start.
·Fluency in Portuguese, Swedish, German or Danish, along with an excellent level of English.Please note: Applications from candidates who speak only English will not be considered.
