- Resumen Proporcionar los más altos niveles de servicio a los clientes Funciones Mostrar y promover los valores de la Empresa conociendo los artículos de la marca (según línea y temporada) y aplicando las directrices de la compañía sobre Atención al Cliente.
- Aplicar las etapas de la venta como instrumento para lograr la venta final.
- Siguiendo las directrices de la compañía Atención al cliente: Conocer los gustos y necesidades de los clientes y tendencias del mercado para transmitirlos al Responsable Directo Ordenar y mantener el stock de producto del punto de venta (almacenes, pedidos central, etc) Mantener el Visual Merchandising del Punto de Venta aplicando los estándares de la compañía.
- Seguimiento del flujo de clientes para la captación de posibles ventas.
