Experteer Overview In this role you drive transformation programs and systematic project management across Space Systems Spain to align with Airbus business goals. You coordinate cross-department initiatives, track performance and costs, and ensure timely delivery of data management and digitalization activities. You will steer end-to-end program phases, including pre-merger integration and carve-out efforts, and set roadmaps for DDMS deployment. You work closely with stakeholders to maintain visibility and deliver tangible process improvements.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead transformation programs within Space Systems Spain and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Coordinate programme phases and implement required activities across departments
- Prepare ad-hoc program information and documentation
- Establish a roadmap for DDMS deployment and related transformations




- Use visual management tools to track KPI evolution of process implementations
- Align teams and goals across the organization to improve digital processesResponsabilidades
- More than 5 years of space business experience
- Extensive knowledge of Airbus Space Spain business interfaces and stakeholder relations
- Experience with space processes and Airbus digital processes
- Experience across the space value chain: Programs, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement and Verification
- MRP knowledge; SAP experience is appreciated
- DDMS@SpS knowledge (3DX – SAP – WCH- APRISO)
