At SQUAD Technology Solutions, an IT outsourcing company, we are building a small, agile team with a strong commitment to doing things right from the very beginning.We are currently working with one of our clients to onboard a backend engineer specialist in NODE.Js for an international project, which is why a high level of English is required.What are we looking for?-5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions in production environments.-English level B2+ (required), working daily with distributed, international engineering teams based in the UK.-Deep expertise in Node.Js with JavaScript and TypeScript, including a strong understanding of internal concepts such as the event loop, non-blocking I/O, streams, and buffers.-Design and implementation of RESTful APIs, following best practices in architecture, security,



and performance.-Hands-on experience with Node.Js frameworks such as Express and NestJS in real-world projects.- ️ Strong database skills, working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).Solid testing expertise, including unit testing (Jest, Mocha), integration testing, mocking strategies, and API testing.- ☁️ DevOps & Cloud experience, using Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and AWS with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).What are we offering?-Permanent contract with immediate onboarding.-Stable project with an international client.-Remote plus intensive working hours during July and August.- ✈️ 25 days of annual leave.-The opportunity to grow from the very beginning in a newly created company, actively contributing to the definition of processes, culture, and ways of working.
