As a passionate and committed leader, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure the smooth running of operations throughout the resort. Together with the Resort Manager, you’ll oversee administrative processes and coordinate the operational departments – from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping and technical services. You’ll also play an active role in developing and implementing measures to boost turnover for our outlets.What you can expect- Together with the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire resort, including budget planning and achieving targets- Leading and developing the Head of Department team and the approximately 110 staff members- You will be responsible for the smooth running of our restaurant, which serves exclusive, fresh and regional cuisine- Ensuring compliance with standards and the continuous improvement of work processes,
