Barcelona Area, Spain (Hybrid) Full-Time Opportunity Pharmaceutical Manufacturing EnvironmentWe are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.Key Responsibilities Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Manage risks, issues, and change requests Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes,



and audit expectations Maintain project documentation and governance standardsDesired Experience PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred Systems ExperiencePAS-X (MES)LIMS / LESVeeva QMSLabWareWerum / KörberQuality and Manufacturing digital platformsIdeal CandidateYou are a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
