Job Title: Data Analyst (Tableau & Snowflake)

Location: Spain (Hybrid – Barcelona / Madrid / Remote options within Spain)

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Front-End Tableau Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualisations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, particularly in the areas of clinical research, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and applying best practices in dashboard development
- Optimise dashboard performance and user experience for large-scale datasets
- Maintain documentation and version control for Tableau workbooks and related assets
- Support data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as GDPR and GxP
- Work closely with backend data teams to ensure clean, trusted,



and well-structured datasets are available for reporting

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role
- 3+ years proven experience with:
- Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
- SQL for data querying and transformation
- Data storytelling and UX/UI principles
- Version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack tools

Preferred

- Familiarity with other BI Tools
- Exposure to AI-powered analytics or integration of machine learning models into dashboards (e.g., predictive insights, natural language querying)
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a general, matrixed organisation
- Proactive mindset with a passion for data visualisation and user experience
