We are looking for a senior professional with proven experience in managing complex industrial projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other highly regulated industries. The position will have a strong focus on execution: turning project objectives into a structured plan, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and driving effective coordination across the different functions, engineering partners, suppliers and other stakeholders involved.This is therefore a role requiring strong cross-functional leadership, anticipation and results orientation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe main responsibilities will include:- Lead the overall planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of assigned projects, from initial phases through commissioning and project close-out.- Develop and maintain the Project Master Plan, defining phases, milestones, deliverables,



dependencies and required resources.- Develop and manage complex project schedules using Microsoft Project or other professional project planning tools.- Identify and manage the critical path, anticipating potential deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure deadlines are met.- Coordinate the different technical and functional workstreams involved in the project, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Validation/Qualification, Maintenance, IT, Supply Chain, HSE and other relevant functions.- Coordinate the activities of engineering partners, contractors, suppliers and other external partners, ensuring effective follow-up of commitments, deliverables and deadlines.- Monitor the project budget and CAPEX, identifying deviations and areas requiring decisions or corrective action.- Implement effective mechanisms to track risks, issues, changes, dependencies and pending decisions.- Establish clear project governance and prepare the information required for the different project monitoring and decision-making bodies.- Facilitate decision-making and ensure the early escalation of critical risks or deviations.- Ensure effective coordination between the project’s technical requirements and the requirements of a regulated pharmaceutical and GMP environment.- Drive the fulfilment of commitments made by the different stakeholders, providing cross-functional and results-oriented leadership.- Ensure clear and structured communication regarding project progress, key risks and required decisions.REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for a professional with:- University degree in Engineering —Industrial, Industrial Organisation, Chemical, Mechanical,



Electrical or similar— or an equivalent technical background.- Solid professional experience in managing complex industrial projects, ideally involving the construction, expansion, transformation or commissioning of manufacturing facilities.- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple disciplines, suppliers and internal functions.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Gantt-based planning, dependency management and critical path analysis.- Experience managing and monitoring timelines, resources, risks and budgets/CAPEX.- Experience working with engineering companies, contractors and technical suppliers.- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, food, medical device or other highly regulated industries will be particularly valued.- Knowledge of GMP environments and the qualification and validation requirements associated with pharmaceutical facilities and processes.- High level of English ( C1 ), required to operate effectively in an international environment.
