Experteer Overview As Strategy u0026amp; Operations Manager for Seller Growth in Spain, you will design and run onboarding, listing, content, and ads initiatives to acquire and incubate merchants on TikTok Shop. You own end-to-end growth strategy for the Spanish market, translating data insights into scalable programs. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes, track impact, and drive seller success in a fast-moving environment.
