What You'll Do Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist passengers with bookings, changes, and travel-related queries Provide professional and efficient customer support in German and English Deliver excellent service while meeting performance targets Requirements German: C2 level (Native/Fluent) English: C1 level Previous customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be currently residing in Malta (local candidates only) EU passport or valid Malta work permit required Note: Ex-employees are not eligible Location Malta (On-site at Centrecom) Salary & Benefits Hourly Rate Progression: Month 1: €5.60/hour Month 2: €8.10/hour After probation: €8.50/hour After 12 months:
